Risk Manager & Workout Officer, VP
NMLS#:
"When I reflect on what makes me proud, I think about Craft3’s mission and how we do what we can to help our borrowers be successful. From offering specialized business services to assisting individual borrowers with unique circumstances and challenging situations, Craft3 is an advocate for our borrowers and the communities we live in. This is unusual and noteworthy."

Angie uses risk management protocols to minimize Craft3 losses and works with borrowers who find themselves in difficult situations. This often involves negotiations, along with discussing workout and recovery plans. Angie also assists lenders and borrowers throughout the construction process by tracking progress, reviewing inspection reports, and disbursing loan proceeds.

Angie connects particularly with Craft3’s goal of expanding access to responsible capital. “By providing financing to those who are typically denied by traditional lenders, we are lessening the racial wealth gap, building community resilience, and providing economic opportunity for those who would have never been given the opportunity to do so elsewhere."

Active in low-income and affordable housing, Angie serves on the board of Community Frameworks and is an Internship Advisory Committee Member for the California Coalition for Rural Housing. Outside of work, Angela enjoys cooking, camping, kayaking, and spending time with her extended family.
