Craft3’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) work is very compelling for Emily: “While I work on improving my understanding of how oppression is engrained in our societal functions it can feel heavy and tiring at times. The proven results that come from Craft3's work lifts some of that weight and make intractable cultural obstacles seem more approachable for me psychologically.”
Emily joined Craft3 in 2022 and has worked previously in hotel revenue and customer satisfaction management. She is a regular volunteer with the Humane Society, and in her spare time enjoys chess and indoor gardening.
