Brooke Arndt, VP

Brooke Arndt joined Craft3 in February of 2015 and currently holds the position of Consumer Lending Team Manager. Brooke supervises the nine-member consumer lending and servicing team. She is responsible for developing and enforcing all loan origination and servicing procedures. Brooke joined Craft3 with over seven years of consumer banking and customer service experience with specialty in training and supervising large groups. Brooke works extensively with partners in both states to create a customer and builder-friendly loan process that minimizes lending risk and supports homeowner success throughout the life of the loan.

Prior to joining Craft3, Brooke was a Service Manager with Wells Fargo Bank. She focused on preparing branches for financial audits and coaching fellow teammates around customer service skills. Brooke is originally from Astoria but took the opportunity to spend time in the Bay Area earning her MBA and expanding her knowledge of consumer lending and operations while working in the financial industry.

Brooke holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business from Saint Mary’s College of California and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Pacific University Oregon. While earning her MBA, Brooke attended a travel course in International Management that took her to Hong Kong, Macau, and China. Since returning to the Pacific Northwest she has enjoyed reconnecting with old friends and volunteering with organizations such as the Assistance League and PEO.
