Roxann Bergeron, VP

Roxann joined Craft3 in January 2008 as an Assistant Portfolio Administrator.  She was promoted to Credit Risk Administrator in August of 2013.  Main duties include processing non-accrual, charge-off, default, and write off requests; scheduling, providing meeting materials and drafting minutes for Credit Committees meetings; producing monthly and quarterly loan reports used by management and staff and providing back up for loan documentation and due diligence all within a team environment.

Prior to joining the Craft3 team, Roxann worked as a Document specialist for 5 years with Pacific Northwest Federal Credit Union in Portland, Oregon; worked as a Commercial Loan Specialist for Bank of America in Seattle, Spokane and Vancouver WA and as a Customer Service Call Center employee for CitiBank in Las Vegas, Nevada.       

Roxann is from the Portland-Vancouver area where she graduated at Fort Vancouver High School, and has attended numerous on the job training sessions and seminars pertaining to the Banking industry.
