Prior to joining Craft3 in January 2022, she served as the Director of Development & Communications at Dress for Success Oregon, a Portland-based workforce development nonprofit supporting women as they find and retain employment, and achieve financial independence and stability. Having seen the devastating impact that the Covid-19 pandemic had on individuals’ economic stability through her work with Dress for Success Oregon, Rachel is passionate about Craft3’s work strengthening the resiliency of our communities in Oregon and Washington.
Rachel received her Masters in Comparative Literature with an emphasis on Russian and English Literatures from the University of Oregon, where she also taught undergraduate Composition courses.
