Brandon Dorman

Brandon Dorman joined Craft3 in February of 2015 and, since February 2019, has served in the role of Learning and Evaluation Coordinator for Craft3’s Innovation and Evaluation Center (IEC). In this role, his priority is to guide Craft’s development and implementation of rigorous evaluation processes intended to provide a basis for more real-time adjustments to tactics and strategy in the pursuit of maximizing community development impacts in the region resulting from Craft3’s lending activities. In addition, he supports the IEC’s ongoing work to broaden and deepen strategic thinking in the organization, complete research and development activities, etc. Prior to his role in the IEC, Brandon spent his first four years with Craft3 as a commercial credit underwriter. 

Previously, Brandon served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Gramsh, Albania from 2006 to 2008, where he taught English in the local high school, conducted numerous youth development projects, and supported the local government’s efforts to achieve community development goals in a variety of areas. 

Brandon received a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from the University of Colorado in 2005 and a Master’s degree in International Development and International Economics from Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies in 2011.
