Jhoanna Jones, MPRE

Jhoanna Jones joined Craft3 in July 2021 as a Bilingual Business Lender. She is dedicated to helping small business owners realize their dreams. Though Jhoanna is familiar with nearly all aspects of commercial lending, she specializes in un-bankable minority-owned businesses. She guides her clients through the entire commercial loan process—from loan origination through closing—with high level of service and care.

Throughout her career, which has spanned more than ten years, she has conducted business throughout the country. Jhoanna has the breadth of knowledge to find the best loan structure and pricing to fit the business needs best.

Originally from Colombia, Jhoanna is fluent in English and Spanish. Jhoanna obtained a B.S in Business from Bellevue University, and a master’s in real estate from Georgetown University. She lives in Richland, Washington, and enjoys hiking, running, and politics.

Jhoanna embodies the community development model of strong ties to the community with active service to numerous non-profit organizations, including Benton Franklin Council of Governments, Tri-Cities Legislative Council, and the Tri-Cities Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. She is extremely proud to be part of Craft3, the largest CDFI in the Pacific Northwest.
