Ketty Loeb

Ketty Loeb is a Grants Manager with Craft3 and is responsible for developing and driving grants fundraising strategies for Craft3.

Prior to joining the Craft3 team in January 2020, she was a political appointee and Grants and Research Manager for the City and County of Honolulu’s Office of Climate Change, Sustainability and Resiliency. She also raised grant capital for the East-West Center in Honolulu and for Sightline Institute in Seattle; conducted program evaluation for the American Bar Association’s Rule of Law Initiative; and taught graduate and undergraduate classes on the topics of civil society, the third sector and social movements for the Department of Political Science and the Evans School of Policy and Governance at the University of Washington.   

Ketty also served as Advisory Group member for the Hawaii Green Growth Local2030 Hub Voluntary Local Review process and Aloha+ Dashboard review; as an Executive Board Member for the Washington State China Relations Council; and as an advisor for Global Women-Partners in Philanthropy.   

Ketty completed her PhD in Political Science at University of Washington in 2014. She holds a MA in Political Science from University of Washington and a BA in Liberal Arts from University of Puget Sound.
