Tawni Regier

Tawni Regier joined Craft3 in April 2010. She plays a critical role in funder reporting and compliance activities, ensuring that the organization is in compliance with all federal, state, and private funding entities.

Prior to joining Craft3, Tawni worked as an Office Manager for Custom Excavating and Trails End Recovery. Overseeing all office operations and procedures, and working closely with local businesses in efforts to create resourceful recycling solutions. As well as working to improve the environment, she was instrumental in educating the local logging and construction industries in biomass grinding operations.

Craft3 is a nonprofit Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) providing loans that strengthen businesses, families and the environment throughout Oregon and Washington. With capital support from financial, philanthropic and religious institutions and corporations, government agencies and accredited individual investors, Craft3 has invested more than $400 million in Northwest communities since 1994.
