Mark Feldman

Mark Feldman is a Content and Creative Strategist who partners with business unit leaders to create memorable and visually compelling content to nurture and educate current and prospective clients, cultivate referral sources, attract investors, and enhance the Craft3 brand. This content translates community development finance into a conversational, accessible voice that supports marketing campaigns, establishes credibility and trust, and creates meaningful connections through storytelling.

He draws on his deep writing experience and background in rhetoric to think critically about how words and images can move and persuade. He’s also skilled at translating and communicating complex and specialized information for non-expert audiences.

Prior to joining the Craft3 team in 2021, Mark was a Senior Writer at Fisher Investments and before that, a communications consultant and freelance writer for a range of private- and public-sector clients. He has also taught writing, rhetoric and oral communications at UC Berkeley and Stanford University.

Mark has a PhD in Rhetoric from UC Berkeley and undergraduate degrees in English and biology. Outside of work, Mark reads widely, tends his North Portland garden, runs when he can, explores nature near and far, and works to improve his Spanish.
