Stephanie Lachman is a Business Lender in Seattle and is passionate about supporting small businesses and helping underserved communities gain financial independence. Prior to joining the Craft3 team in January 2022, she served as an Investment Officer for Community Enterprise Development Services, a CDFI in Denver, Colorado.
Before discovering the CDFI world, Stephanie worked at the SBA administering EIDL loans for small businesses affected by COVID-19. She also has experience in international development, working for three years in Senegal, West Africa, first as a Community Economic Development Volunteer with the Peace Corps, and then with Catholic Relief Services supporting the development and microfinance teams. Stephanie was born and raised in Seattle and is excited to return to the Pacific Northwest. She loves to cook, listen to podcasts, practice yoga, discover cities by bike, and drink strong coffee.
Stephanie received her M.B.A. with a focus on social impact and sustainability from Colorado State University and B.A. in finance and a minor in French from Washington State University.
