Issei Saida, AVP

Issei joined Craft3 in December of 2019. He brings his past real estate law experiences in loan documentation and real estate transactions to advance Craft3’s mission. Issei strongly believes in finding creative solutions, opportunities and access to capital to help grow communities that lacked access in the past.

Issei received his undergraduate degree from University of California, Irvine and J.D. from University of Oregon School of Law. Within the community, Issei is interested and committed to affordable housing and community development. He currently serves as a Board member for 1,000 Friends of Oregon, an organization dedicated to advocating for good and sustainable Oregon land use policies by building livable urban and rural communities, protecting family farm and conserving natural areas. He is also a member of Asian Pacific American Network of Oregon (APANO) and participates in community development and housing. 

In his free time, Issei is warming up to the idea of surfing in Oregon. He enjoys exploring and cooking intricate meals with his fiancé, Ariel and hanging out with his cat Eleanor. He currently enjoys grapefruits, salami and tacos.
