Becky See joined Craft3 in 2018 as a Commercial Credit Underwriter. After supporting business lending with financial analysis and dealflow, as well as standing up a grant program that delivered over $10M in financial aid to 1400 small businesses economically impacted by the COVID-19 crisis, Becky transitioned to Craft3’s Innovation and Evaluation Center team in 2022 as Project Manager. In this new role, she provides critical support to Consumer and Commercial teams in designing and launching new lending products, as well as optimizing existing production and related processes to achieve more strategic impact. Using GIS mapping and other data research tools, Becky also provides market intelligence to inform business unit strategic planning and implementation. She is currently supporting Craft3’s President design and launch a new, enterprise-wide risk management system to analyze key risks and better align resources with the mission and vision of the organization.
Prior to joining Craft3, Becky was a Corporate Performance Improvement Consultant with Alvarez & Marsal, assisting a range of clients in overcoming growth obstacles and executing strategic initiatives. Before consulting, Becky worked for 11 years in the field of international economic development. From 2010-2013 she managed a $6 million grants and contracts fund for a flagship U.S. government aid project in Kyrgyzstan. Managing a team of fourteen procurement and grants specialists, Becky was responsible for selection of local partners, disbursements, compliance, and close-out of over 300 partner and investment partnership agreements. Though nationwide in scope, the bulk of funds were designed for catalytic investments in Kyrgyzstan’s smallholder agriculture and textile sectors.
Becky received her undergraduate degree in Economics from Drake University. She received her MBA from University of Washington’s Foster School of Business in 2016. At Foster, she was co-founder and inaugural Chair of the MBA Council on Diversity & Inclusion. Becky is currently a Board Director for Sound Child Care Solutions in Seattle, WA, and loves spending time on her bike, hiking and camping.
