Lora L. and Martin N. Kelley Foundation Trust made its first PRI with Craft3, a regional community development financial institution (CDFI), to capitalize loans for residential energy efficiency, child care, land conservation, and nonprofit organization support in underserved communities across Oregon and Washington. The five-year term $200,000 PRI note was made in December 2012. Lorra L. and Martin N. Kelley Foundation Trust is a member fund of Mission Investors Exchange member Common Counsel Foundation.
In its Winter 2013 newsletter, Craft3 states that they were awarded a renewed PRI from Titcomb Foundation in addition to an operating grant. It says in the newsletter that “Craft3 is honored to have earned the confidence of both these foundations. We look forward to working together to strengthen economic, ecological and family resilience in the region.”
