Because we’re searching for a good fit with Craft3, we are very selective. Sometimes we find the ideal candidate right away, but other times it takes longer. We fill positions based on team and business needs. Yes. If you have already applied for a position and see another that interests you, please apply. While you might not be what one hiring team is looking for, you may be another team’s ideal candidate. Most important, be patient – each application you submit will receive a response.
Yes. You will receive a confirmation email when you first submit your application and after we have reviewed all applications and resumes. You will be informed if you have been chosen to move forward in the interview process or if we have selected another candidate.
Depending on the position you are interviewing for, you may be invited to participate by phone and/or in-person.
Yes, background checks are conducted on all applicants receiving a job offer. Depending upon your position with Craft3 we may also request a credit report. Generally background/credit checks are conducted after candidates have been interviewed and offered a position with Craft3. Directions for this on-line process will be included in the offer letter.
