Tony and Ann Kischner are long-standing customers of Craft3. Once owners of Seaview’s acclaimed Shoalwater Restaurant, they returned to Craft3 to finance their new riverfront eating establishment, The Bridgewater Bistro.

The 5,425-sq.ft. Bridgewater Bistro is located in the large historic Red Building along the banks of the Columbia, just below the picturesque Astoria bridge to Washington. It has a great view of the Columbia’s bustling shipping channel, as well as excellent food and service.

In additional to formal and information dining rooms, the eatery includes a full-service view bar, and wine tasting and sales room just inside the restaurant entrance.

Craft3 provided Bridgewater Bistro with a loan to finance the restaurant build-out and purchase equipment.  Our investment in Bridgewater Bistro strengthens economic and ecological resilience by increasing entrepreneurship, supporting economic growth and minimizing impacts of business on nature.

Bridgewater Bistro used Craft3 financing to create positive impacts in its community. This start-up business leveraged $544,268 in additional investment, created 27 full-time jobs and minimized environmental impacts.

This loan was possible through the USDA's Intermediary Relending Program. Learn more at www.bridgewaterbistro.com.
