Hello Sugar,

Spokane, Washington

Hello Sugar,

Craft3 helped Hello Sugar, by providing a start-up loan to open their first location in Kendall Yards and another for their second location in Ponderosa Village.
Ramsey and Amy opened the doors of Hello Sugar, in 2018 and created a donut experience like no other — one where you WATCH your donuts being made to order. Your box is then delivered with your name handwritten atop. And when you open that box, it’s a moment you won’t forget.

Ramsey and Amy had a vision to create a physical business in Spokane to help the city grow its roots by creating jobs and valuing the community.

But why donuts?

With Ramsey’s background in digital marketing, the first thing he did was research the Spokane community to see what niche was unfilled — he noticed an absence in handmade, mouth-watering donuts.

But they didn’t want to follow a trend. They wanted to be original, classic. And what’s more classic than a hot piping donut?

When opening any business, there are start-up costs. Craft3 helped Hello Sugar, by providing a working capital loan to get over that last financial hump to open their first location in Kendall Yards.

Hello Sugar, has been so successful that, within a year, Ramsey and Amy opened their second location in Ponderosa Village with the help of an additional loan from Craft3.
