Becky manages projects and key initiatives for Craft3. These projects have included disbursing COVID-19 relief grants, an equity-focused overhaul of our commercial loans under $250,000, and an enterprise risk management initiative. She brings clarity to complicated projects by focusing simultaneously on people, processes, tasks, and customers.
Becky is most excited about the range of opportunities at Craft3. She joined Craft3 as a commercial credit underwriter before transitioning to project management. For Becky, it is always a special joy to hear, see, or read about the success of our borrowers. It reminds her how what we do has a profound ripple effect.
Becky serves on the board of a shared services childcare organization called Sound Child Care Solutions. She enjoys backpacking, biking, veggie gardening, comedy, hanging out with her hilarious husband, and playing with their dachshund-pitbull mix named Biscuit.
