Carol is part of a small but mighty team that manages commercial loan documentation and loan fundings. She works closely with Risk Management and the Commercial Lending team to ensure adherence to Craft3’s loan policies and guidelines.
The wide variety of loans that Craft3 offers keeps Carol engaged and on her toes. She enjoys the variety and loves that she is part of making borrowers’ dreams come true. Conservation loans are especially close to her heart, and she is proud to help preserve the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
Carol joined Craft3 in 2012 and is an expert in commercial loan documentation. She loves gardening, reading, and can often be found playing with her dogs in the backyard.
