Sonya oversees Human Resources and Operations and focuses on our vibrant organizational culture. She is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategies to support the overall business plan, specifically in talent management, change management, performance management, and compensation and benefits. Sonya also oversees administration and is responsible for the day-to-day operational functions of the Organization.
Outside of work, Sonya manages a no-till flower farm and floral design business focused on in-season, locally-grown flowers serving Clallam County in Washington State. She’s also actively engaged in LGBTQ++ community events.
