Craft3 will be closed July 6th through 10th

Craft3 employees work tirelessly for our customers and the company to further our mission. While this commitment directly translates to impact, we also want to make sure we support our teams in balancing meaningful work with the time and flexibility they need to thrive outside of work. In 2026, we are deepening our commitment to work/life balance and enhancing our total rewards approach so employees feel supported not just in their roles, but in their overall wellbeing.

Launched in 2024, Craft3’s twice-annual Week of Rest remains an important part of that commitment. Our upcoming summer Week of Rest will be from July 6 through July 10. During that time, we’ll be fully shut down, giving our teams the opportunity to step away, recharge, and return with renewed energy without the pressure of work continuing in the background. We will reopen on July 13th.

Our Weeks of Rest are part of a broader strategy to strengthen work/life balance and enhance our total rewards offerings. In 2026 we’re expanding our approach to flexibility, time away, and professional development so employees can better integrate work and life. This is evident in our extended paid leave policies, modernized sabbatical policy, and ability to borrow PTO. We are also equipping supervisors with more intentional tools and training to support sustainable workloads, team wellbeing, and growth.

By intentionally building in time for rest and pairing it with stronger total rewards offerings, we can better support our employees’ wellbeing, create more sustainable ways of working, and make space for the focus and creativity needed to pursue Craft3’s mission. In turn, that helps us deliver the best possible service to our customers and communities.

You may have questions about how our Week of Rest will affect your experience with us. Below are answers to common questions, including how to reach us if something is urgent.

Thank you for your understanding and support as we continue building practices that care for our team and strengthen how we serve you.
