Courtney Martin is Director of State Government and Community Affairs for Intel Corporation, where she leads government relations and community engagement efforts for Intel across the United States. With more than 25 years of experience spanning public affairs, finance, and operations, she has built a career helping organizations navigate complex challenges, foster strategic partnerships, and create lasting community impact.

Prior to Intel, Courtney served as Co-Owner and Chief Financial Officer of Portland Pedal Power, a pioneering bicycle delivery company focused on sustainable urban logistics. She also served as a Community Economic Development Specialist with the U.S. Peace Corps in the Dominican Republic and held nonprofit leadership roles supporting community development initiatives in Arizona.

Courtney holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Arizona’s McGuire Center for Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an international concentration from Salisbury University.
