An Equipment Loan for CORE Restoration

  • 3 Jobs created in high-poverty area
  • Start-up business
  • $3,500 Owner equity leveraged

When Randy and Danielle Strickland began CORE Restoration in 2017, their focus was on remodels and general contracting. But soon after, requests from local insurance companies and adjusters for restoration work poured in.

It’s not surprising that Randy’s network and reputation were strong, he had spent the previous 12 years in the restoration industry.

So he and Danielle set out to obtain an equipment loan for expansion, but without two years in business it was very difficult. Even with excellent credit, the Strickland’s experienced closed doors.

Then the Walla Walla Small Business Development Center connected the couple with a Craft3 Business Lender who took them through the process of obtaining a small business loan — making them feel comfortable every step of the way.

Since receiving their loan, the Strickland’s have surpassed their goals — hiring three employees and restoring many homes along the way.

Craft3 invests in business owners who care about their community. CORE Restoration does just that. Their goal is to make your property better than it was before the damage occurred.
