As Chief Credit Officer, Antonio leads Craft3's credit strategy and lending risk management in support of the organization's mission. He also oversees the team responsible for evaluating loans and managing financial risk.
Antonio brings more than 25 years of experience in commercial banking and credit leadership, including senior roles at Northwest Bank, Umpqua Bank, and CitiGroup. Throughout his career, he has been committed to responsible lending, collaborative leadership, and helping organizations create lasting impact through sound financial decision-making.
Craft3’s mission aligns with his passion for balancing responsible risk management with helping businesses and communities thrive.

Outside of work, Antonio enjoys traveling, training in boxing and jiu-jitsu, spending time with family, and serving as a supervisor with the World Boxing Council (WBC).
