Craft3 will close from December 24th through January 1st to allow our team time to rest and recharge. Read more about why on our blog.
Stephanie was drawn to Craft3 to be able to lend to those that didn't fit the profile for a bank loan. “After working in commercial banking for a traditional lender for many years, Craft3 helped me utilize my experience in a deeper way. Now I am able to look outside the box and balance the risk with the positive impacts the deal will have on our community.”
Her extensive network and deep community involvement in Southern and Southwest Oregon enable Stephanie to connect with businesses that are ready to grow but can’t yet access resources. “Success, for me, is helping my borrowers become bankable again. Watching the things that held them back from a traditional loan, such as poor credit or cash flow issues get better. When my borrower is able to "graduate" back to their banker, I’m so proud to have been a part of their success.”
Stephanie started working with Craft3 in 2018 and serves on multiple Boards in the region, including Klamath Housing Authority and South Central Oregon Economic Development District (SCOEDD). Perhaps more importantly, she also participates in the PTO at her son’s school. “Maintaining a work life balance is tough but critical to my everyday life. I want to be the best mother to my son as well as a contributing member of my community and an asset to Craft3.”
