Early Care and Education Program Administrator
NMLS#:
"I get overly excited about creating plans, processes, and strategizing. If I get to work in a spreadsheet, I'm over the moon.”

Tiffany supports the BuildUp Oregon collaborative, whose goal is to preserve, improve, and expand child care facilities throughout the state through grants and loans to providers. As Early Care and Education Program Administrator, Tiffany supports program strategy and operations, especially with grant monitoring.

“I love that the work we are doing can be life and business-changing for child care providers,” Tiffany reflects. "These grants and loans affect not just the provider and their family, but the children and families they provide care to, and the communities they live and work in."

Growing up in Lake Quinault, Washington, Tiffany has always been passionate about uplifting people and communities and believes deeply in helping others build generational wealth and security. She joined Craft3 in 2026 after 20 years in the nonprofit sector: “From admin support to fundraising and event planning to operations, I've done it all!”

Outside of work, Tiffany volunteers at her local emergency food pantry and social services organization. She also participates and supports a local SGI Buddhist community, of which she has been a member for 28 years.
