Kim Leathley

Kim Leathley joined Northwest Human Services (NHS) as Chief Executive Officer in 2024, bringing 35 years of executive leadership experience in healthcare and energy. She leads a team of 275 staff providing medical, dental, behavioral health, and social services to over 18,000 individuals in Marion and Polk Counties.

Prior to NHS, Kim served as Vice President and Chief of Health Services at Central City Concern, overseeing integrated health services for vulnerable populations. She previously held senior leadership roles at OHSU's Hillsboro Medical Center and PeaceHealth, and spent over two decades in executive positions at Bonneville Power Administration.

Kim holds a BS in Economics from Willamette University and an MBA from the joint OHSU-Portland State University program. She serves on the boards of the Mid-Willamette Valley Homeless Alliance, Willamette Health Council, and Oregon Primary Care Association.
