“Seeing someone gain confidence because of something we worked on together makes me proud of the work I do.”

Alena helps Craft3’s leaders and staff do their best work and build strong teams. She focuses on leadership development, career growth, and helping managers handle the people side of their jobs. She also builds and improves programs that support employees across Craft3.

Alena joined Craft3 in 2026 after working in People and Talent roles for creative agencies. She came for the mission and stayed for the people she met while interviewing. “The culture and the people made it feel like a place where I could really contribute and be myself,” she says.

Alena came to the U.S. from Ukraine as a child with her parents and younger brother. They arrived as Jewish refugees after the Soviet Union collapsed. Today she feels deeply connected to her Ukrainian and Jewish roots and to the life she has built in Oregon. As a mom of two young daughters, she wants to help create a fairer future for the next generation. She holds a master’s degree in International Human Resource Management from Royal Holloway, University of London.

Outside of work, Alena has taught fitness classes for years, including Zumba in the Park with Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District. She also loves exploring the Pacific Northwest and traveling with her husband and daughters.
