Ashley is a Senior Business Lender passionate about working with entrepreneurs and supporting big dreams. She builds relationships with small businesses, guides borrowers through the lending process, and manages loans through closing. “One of the most exciting parts of my job is seeing the real-life impact of my work and finding ways to say yes when others may have said no,” she shares.
Before joining Craft3, Ashley worked as a Business Banking Relationship Manager for US Bank. She was drawn to Craft3’s mission-driven approach to finance, and its commitment to advancing sustainability, economic equity, and community resilience. “This work allows me to use my financial expertise in a way that creates real, measurable change.”
Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Communication and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership. What matters most to her is doing the right thing and acting with integrity. “It’s what builds trust and guides me to make decisions I can stand behind.”
Originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, Ashley moved to Central Oregon in 2020. Outside of work, she enjoys mountain biking, skiing, paddleboarding, and spending time outdoors with her husband and dogs. She also serves on the board of Oregon Outdoor Alliance and volunteers with local trail-building groups.
