“I grew up in a community with very limited access to basic needs, so being part of an organization that bridges opportunity gaps for underserved communities is deeply meaningful to me.”

Eliane Wibabara is a Credit Analyst at Craft3, where she evaluates client financials, conducts loan reviews, and monitors covenant compliance. Her work helps paint a clear picture of borrowers’ financial health, which supports smart lending decisions that fuel community resilience and growth.

With a background as both a Financial Analyst and an Investment Banking Analyst, Eliane likes knowing that the work she’s doing has a positive impact. “I was really excited to find Craft3 and learn about the company's history in the PNW,” she reflects. “The stories of the businesses and communities that Craft3 works with are truly inspirational, and I wanted to be a part of that.”

Originally from Rwanda, Eliane moved to Walla Walla in 2017 to pursue her education, eventually earning dual bachelor’s degrees in Economic Sciences and Agricultural and Food Systems from Washington State University and a master’s in Financial Economics from the University of Maine.

She serves on the Walla Walla Community College Alumni Advisory Committee and enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading across genres, trying new cuisines, and traveling.
