“Over the years, I’ve been struck by the stories I’ve heard of the impact that Craft3’s thoughtful, flexible financing has made. This is a company that shows what’s possible when capital is used as a tool for social good, and I’m thrilled to be a part of it.”

As Chief Executive Officer, Elisabeth Zeller leads Craft3 in its mission to build a thriving, just, and empowered Pacific Northwest. She provides strategic vision, financial stewardship, and a deep commitment to equitable economic growth.

From her early work in rural Alaska to her leadership in corporate and nonprofit sectors, Elisabeth brings more than 25 years of experience spanning finance, operations, and social impact. Prior to joining Craft3, she served as Chief Operating Officer of Samsung Federal and Chief Financial Officer of the Oregon Child Development Coalition. She also spent over 20 years at Intel, where she held senior leadership roles in finance, compliance, and philanthropy.

Elisabeth brings to Craft3 a rare combination of deep financial management experience and a track record of delivering social impacts.

“I’ve seen first-hand how strong systems and disciplined strategy can amplify mission-driven work,” she reflects. “At Craft3, I hope to bring that same rigor and clarity to our operations and capital deployment to build on Craft3’s strong foundations. By strengthening our infrastructure and clarifying priorities, we can amplify the impact of every dollar we deploy to ensure our work reaches more communities effectively, creating measurable impact across the Pacific Northwest.”

A values-driven leader, Elisabeth is passionate about harnessing innovation and collaboration to create measurable, lasting impact.

“The most effective solutions emerge when people with different lived experiences, disciplines and perspectives work together on a shared problem. Through collaboration we can bring together diverse ideas to build solutions that are bold, practical and truly responsive to the needs of our communities.”

Based in Portland, Elisabeth serves on several committees and boards, including the Budget Committee of the City of Lake Oswego, Children’s Center of Clackamas County, and Central City Concern. Outside of work, you’ll find her in the water, on the water, or somewhere in the mountains of the Pacific Northwest.
