Leigh Ann runs Craft3’s day-to-day accounting. She also makes sure Craft3 has the policies and checks it needs to meet regulations and protect its assets. She sees her job as making work easier for the colleagues who serve Craft3’s clients directly. Her ideal day? Deep in a spreadsheet, sorting out a tangle of numbers.
Leigh Ann has always worked in accounting and finance. She began her career at large public companies and tech firms. About 15 years ago she moved into the nonprofit world, mostly at community development lenders. There she has watched grocery stores open in neighborhoods without one, family businesses grow, and Tribes regain ancestral lands. She joined Craft3 in 2026, drawn by the range of its work, from home repairs that help both homeowners and the environment, to buildings that serve whole communities.
To give the analytical side of her brain a rest, Leigh Ann knits, does needlepoint, and practices Pilates and yoga. A self-described homebody, she loves learning about gardening and cooking.
