Pamela reviews and releases closing documents to customers for signing. She also communicates directly with customers to verify their loan information prior to sending out disbursements.

Before joining Craft3, Pamela worked for a bank where she held a variety of positions including in collections and underwriting. A lifelong Pacific Northwest resident, Pamela enjoys living near Portland where she can access the beach and the mountains. An active member of her community, Pamela has volunteered for St. Jude Childrens Hospital, the Oregon Food Bank, Solve Beach and Riverside Cleanup and the Washington State Food Bank.
