“Participating in team initiatives and supporting others as we work on projects together is exciting to me. I love connecting with others to accomplish shared goals.”

As Chief Financial Officer, Rachel Bellamy leads financial strategy, planning, and reporting to ensure the organization has the systems and insights needed to operate effectively and grow responsibly. She works closely with teams across the organization to provide meaningful financial data that supports decision-making.

What she enjoys most is teamwork and accomplishing a clear goal with others: “I feel proud when I support or contribute to finishing a project.  This can be as small as reconciling a balance or as big as implementing a new system.”

With more than 20 years of experience in finance, Rachel’s experience ranges from auditing to executive leadership. Having grown up in Oregon, she believes deeply in empowering communities and expanding access to resources.

“I love Oregon and the Pacific Northwest,” Rachel reflects. “I was drawn to Craft3’s mission because I believe in empowerment and representation for all members of the community”

Rachel enjoys being actively engaged in her community. She currently serves on two nonprofit boards: Rose Haven and Lake Oswego Sustainability Network. In her free time, she enjoys karaoke, reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.
