Robert works with Craft3 borrowers whose loans have run into trouble. He builds plans to restructure or recover those loans, aiming to limit losses for Craft3 while giving businesses a real chance to get back on track. On a great day, he makes real progress helping small business owners through hard times.
Robert joined Craft3 in 2026 after working with troubled commercial loans at U.S. Bank and American Business Bank. He came to Craft3 to put that experience to work for its mission. “Craft3 represents the opportunity to make a meaningful impact,” he says, “by helping entrepreneurs, businesses, and communities overcome financial challenges and achieve long-term success.”
Outside of work, Robert volunteers to feed people experiencing homelessness in San Diego. He stays active with hiking, spin classes, and paddleboarding, and he loves going to the opera and sporting events. Next year he hopes to travel more and learn about other cultures. Above all, he values his family and friends and making a positive difference for the people around him.
