Sean digs into the finances of new and current Craft3 borrowers. He builds cash flow models and weighs the risks of each loan. He especially enjoys deals that don’t fit the usual mold.
Sean joined Craft3 in 2026 after more than 20 years in banking at both local community banks and large national banks. Along the way, he learned that “a loan is more than just a number on a spreadsheet; it’s a tool that can strengthen a community.” At Craft3, he gets to show that careful analysis and smart safeguards make lending in overlooked markets work.
On weekends, you’ll likely find Sean and his family out supporting the very businesses he underwrites: neighborhood shops, farmers markets, and local coffee shops. Whether he’s volunteering, helping a neighbor, or teaching his kids to give back, he cares about doing his part to help his community thrive.
