“Lenders at Craft3 are uniquely positioned to leverage our credit and lending expertise to invest in people and projects that are doing impactful work within our communities. We can deploy capital in ways traditional lenders can't.”

Thomas is a Senior Business Lender at Craft3, where he works with small business owners and community organizations to structure financing that supports long-term growth and community impact. His approach is relationship-driven and grounded in the belief that thoughtful, flexible capital can expand access to opportunity, particularly for borrowers who may not fit conventional lending frameworks.

Thomas brings over 13 years of experience in community and regional banks in Washington and California, with a background spanning both client-facing and underwriting roles. His work includes small business and nonprofit lending, working capital, expansion financing, and commercial real estate.

Earlier in his career, Thomas worked as a classroom counselor, an experience that shapes how he approaches his work today. He leads with curiosity, listens, and works to understand each client’s full context before structuring solutions. At Craft3, he is motivated by balancing discipline with flexibility in deploying capital and supporting more inclusive economic outcomes.

Thomas is a graduate of Saint Mary’s College of California and earned a Professional Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from the University of Washington. He serves on the Advisory Board for the Boys & Girls Clubs of King County. Outside of work, he enjoys running, golfing, skiing, Seattle Kraken hockey, and spending time with family—often at his daughter’s gymnastics meets.
