Craft3 will close from December 24th–January 1st to allow our team time to rest and recharge. Read more about why on our blog.

One thing that is always on my mind as the Chief People Officer at Craft3 is how we are investing in our teams and promoting wellbeing. Unfortunately, many employees feel anxious, stressed, and burned out at the end of the workday. The result? Organizations aren’t able to perform at their very best.
Launched in 2024, Craft3’s twice-annual Week of Rest is one way that we’re taking steps to not only confront this problem head-on, but to create an environment focused on employee wellbeing throughout the year. Our upcoming winter Week of Rest will be from December 24th through January 1st. We’ll be fully shut down, giving our teams a chance to breathe and reset without worry about what work is piling up back at the office.
Our Weeks of Rest are part of a wholesale rethinking of how we invest in our people and their holistic wellness. We’re:
By intentionally building in time for rest and complementing it with ongoing monitoring and interventions, we’re able to better support our team’s wellbeing, allow for recharge, and create space for the focus and creativity needed to pursue Craft3’s mission. It also helps us deliver the best service to our customers and communities.
You may have some questions about how our Week of Rest might impact you. Please read on below for answers and learn how to reach us if something is urgent.
Thank you for your understanding and support as we continue to find ways to care for our team – so we can better support you.
What does this closure mean for me?
Most staff will be unavailable from December 24th through January 1st. While we will officially re-open on Friday, January 2nd, we expect most teams won’t return to full strength and business-as-usual until Monday, January 5th. You may experience delays in response times during this period.
What if I have an urgent need?
A limited team will monitor urgent requests. Please leave a voicemail at 888-231-2170 x115 or email us using the form on our website. If you use the form, be sure to select “I have a question about my existing loan.” We’ll do our best to respond within two business days.
Can I make a payment during the closure?
Yes. You can pay through our online portal or by mail. Payments received during the closure will be backdated and will not accrue interest.

I’m in the middle of applying or completing my loan paperwork. What happens if I sign during the break?
We’ll restart processing most new inquiries, applications, and signed loan documents on January 5th. Please connect with your lender if this timeline is a concern.
Will Craft3 process new applications or inquiries during the Week of Rest?
No. We will begin processing invoices on January 2nd, and applications and invoices will be reviewed and processed when we return fully the week of January 5th. Please plan accordingly.
Can I receive a disbursement on my loan between December 24th and January 1st?
We will be unable to process disbursements from December 24th through January 1st. Please proactively work with your lender to discuss options including advancing or delaying disbursements to minimize the chance that your project is negatively impacted.
When and how will Craft3 pay invoices during the closure?
Invoices received by December 22nd and due before January 7th will be paid on December 23rd. All invoices received December 23rd and after will be paid when we are back in the office the week of January 5th.
