Che leads Craft3’s Equitable Lending Program which focuses on improving access to capital for entrepreneurs of color. In 2021, Craft3 redesigned and launched a new underwriting process for loans under $250,000 to make the process simpler and more equitable. As a lender, Che enjoys designing creative loan structures for business, non-profits, and communities and advocating for underserved businesses and communities.

Che has worked in community development finance her entire professional career. In addition to time spent with her family, Che enjoys traveling and discovering new cultures through food.
