Mike co-founded Craft3 in 1994 along with his colleague and dear friend, John Berdes. In his time at Craft3, Mike has worked on fisheries, agriculture, food systems, and community capacity building. Currently he leads a team that is responsible for strategy development, planning, impact evaluation, and project management.
Mike was drawn to Craft3 by the opportunity to join a fledgling organization and innovate in the field of community development. Over the years, he has always valued working alongside partners as well as his Craft3 colleagues. “The level of talent we have attracted as an organization truly amazes me.”
Mike’s sole hobby is chasing his young grandchildren. Nothing else compares.
