Compliance & Reporting Lead
NMLS#:
"I care about the connection between urban and rural communities and what can happen when you respect the wisdom of both."

Gardner leads compliance and reporting for Craft3. This includes completing programmatic reporting for investors and providing programmatic report to support other business units. One of Gardner’s key connections to Craft3 is through place – they were born and raised in Astoria, went to college in Portland, repaired bicycles in Port Angeles, and now reside in Seattle. They are also committed to Craft3’s values of promoting equity, financial empowerment, sustainability, and climate action.

Gardner is passionate about community building, and volunteers with the Delridge Neighborhood Development Association (urban forest restoration) and GenPride, a Seattle based nonprofit providing aging resources and support for the LQBTQIA+ community.

Before joining Craft3 in 2021, Gardner worked in public transit policy and promoting bicycle education and access. Their daily work of puzzling out data and reporting challenges is reflected in their hobbies (sudoku, knitting, language learning), but Gardner is also practicing not needing to feel productive all the time.
