Idalia identifies, assesses, and manages risks throughout the organization. This includes developing strategies to minimize potential negative impacts of risks and monitoring and tracking risks over time. This crucial work provides valuable insights that inform decision-making and protect Craft3 and its customers.
Before joining Craft3 in 2023, Idalia worked in risk consulting. Craft3’s mission of empowering underserved communities resonates deeply with Idalia. She notes, “Growing up in underserved inner-city America gave me firsthand knowledge of limited community services. I was particularly attracted to the organization because of its dedication to creating positive change in these communities through its funding of these initiatives and services.”
Outside of work, Idalia focuses on nurturing meaningful relationships and engaging in her community. She volunteers at her local church and for a nonprofit that advocates for healthcare justice among African American women.
