Jon Bebe

Business Services Coach
NMLS#:
“As a minority small-business owner, I have experienced some of the systemic challenges that many of our borrowers face. Craft3's holistic mission to empower, educate, and advocate small business owners makes me proud to be part of the team.”

Jon provides culturally competent business coaching to high-mission borrowers to help address barriers so they can access capital and grow their businesses. He focuses on empowering his clients and instilling knowledge and confidence so they can chart their own course.

Before joining Craft3, Jon founded a company that provides independent and holistic retirement planning resources for small businesses. He also has an MS in Counseling from Portland State University and has worked as a therapist specializing in relationship and partner therapy. These experiences have helped Jon cultivate listening skills and develop the ability to connect with diverse clients.

Outside of work, Jon enjoys Muay Thai kickboxing, Capoeira, running, gardening, and coaching youth sports. Active in his communities, he has volunteered for the National Brain Tumor Society, MESA Oregon and the Oregon Humane Society. Jon is a member of the Portland Filipino Bayanihan Center, Portland JACL, and SAG-AFTRA.
